Chomper was surrendered to us in February of 2023 due to progressively losing his vision at a young age. Due to his circumstances, Chomper fits best in a home without children.

After a short stay with us to determine what type of environment would best suit his needs going forward. Our assistant Kirsten decided to take him home for a trial in a home setting on Valentines day. Kirsten very quickly fell in love with Chomper's goofy personality. After just 3 days in Kirsten's home, it was apparent to her that was where he belonged. 

Chomper now lives his best life playing with his favourite chicken squeaky toy and napping. Kirsten continues to work on making her home more accessible for his needs. Chomper still comes in to work frequently as he enjoys his time here.
