Emily joined Beattie Pet Hospital in June 2026 as a Customer Service Representative, bringing a passion for animal welfare and client care. With a background in psychology, she enjoys supporting pet owners and helping bridge the gap between understanding their pet's medical needs and the emotional side of veterinary care.

Having trusted Beattie with the care of her own pets for years, Emily was excited to join a team that shares her values of compassion, empathy, and exceptional care. She is eager to continue growing her knowledge within the veterinary field and loves meeting the wonderful pets and families who visit the hospital.

Outside of work, Emily enjoys crocheting, drawing, writing, singing, and playing video games. At home, she shares her life with Scout, her playful cockapoo, and Luna, her black cat.
